Ran a small painting business from start to finish. Sourced clients through marketing, trained marketers, conducted estimates and sales, hired
painters, fired painters, trained and managed throughout the summer, ran the highest profit margin in the region at 38% Profit. Revenues first year
exceeding $80,000, Second year as a Branch Manager exceeding $100,000. Obtained A Nationally Recognized Quality Award for exceptional
customer service.
