CURRENT SCENARIO _WATER RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT
In organizational studies resource management is an effect and
effective development of an organization’s resources when they are
needed. Such resources may include financial resource inventory
human skills production resources or information technology and
natural resources.
In this limited word framing (the current scenario of resource
management) the management of water as a resource is
highlighted.
 Let us first understand the important of water in India, in
India water coming in contact with us by rivers in maximum
percentage, also rivers are not just a resource for Indian
people, in various states the rivers are treated as a goddess
which gives as life.

 As we know human body contain more than 72% of it’s as a
water similarly earth contain more than 70 % of it’s as water.
 In South Africa’s Cap Town where approximate population is
40, 00,000 were face to dry day,
 In 2017 California people faced worst situation of last 1200
years regarding water.
 In 2019 Chennai where 79, 00,000 is approximate population
also faced a dry day.
 According to United Nations 40 crore in the world are facing
the problem related to water.
 According to the government of India record some 21 cities
may exhaust all ground water till 2020.
Many countries are planning about the war for water in
future, this might sounds like a Hollywood film but it’s a truth.
This is the right time to wake up or else we are giving struggle for
water to our next generation nothing else.

Someone have to think about the future of someone else
Because, if we are not…… Then who else……
We feel comfortable …… because someone else already did something for us……
Now I think, it’s our turn …… so let’s do it and let’s do it now
To solve this issue we already knew the solution which is tree
plantation which makes holes in the soil and make soil more
porous which helps to improve the water table. After improvising
the water table it’ll take some time to improve the water level of
the rivers which resolve the problem of flood and dry days.
In south India “Cauvery calling” is campion for river Cauvery for
which 240crore trees are aimed to plant. This campion allows
people to participate to raise fund. 42rs per person per tree will
help or considered as a donation for rivers.
Think about something, which is not a rocket science
It’s just “earth is not only for humans”
