OVERVIEW
 Responsible for controlling all documentation related activities in a project.
 Remove superseded drawings / technical data, and replace with more current data
from the site team.
 Distribution of documents to Team Members as per DCC Responsibility Matrix in form
of soft copies through Email links and also in form of hard copies.
 Excel Sheet and preparing the DCC check list for validating completeness &
correctness of Final Technical Document.
 The drawings and technical data are issued to the site team for review and
implementation, any revision to this is to be immediately intimated to the site team
and the old records stored.
 Maintaining day to day records of all the transmittals /covering letters being received
from Client, Vendors and Construction Contractors in form of hard & soft copies.
 Support and coordinates with discipline with administration and control.
 Preparation of Report through V Look up / Pivot table.
 Maintaining Construction drawings log and monitoring the schedules and regular
updates of drawing rack.
 Preparing WPR / MPR Reports.
 Document Distribution to Engineers & Clients Documents Uploading / Downloading
 Maintain MOM, Memos, Reports, Transmittals, Drawings, DPR, Safety & Quality
related documents.
 Sending & Receiving all project related e-mails.
 Download engineering drawing, documents from mail, Server and upload, distribute
to Team Members as per DCC Responsibility Matrix.
 Coordinating with Discipline Engineers/HODs for documents corrections etc.
