Research Methodology
This study on consumers’ perceptions of the digitization of financial services included.
• Structured questionnaires that were created and distributed.
• A sample size of 100 people as part of its research methodology.
• Purposive sampling was used to choose a representative sample of each
demographic group.
• descriptive analysis, was performed on the data to identify trends and patterns in
attitudes among consumers.

• Participants, especially those in the above 18 and below 50 age range,
show a great interest in digital services.
• Respondents above the age of 50, Few of them prefer traditional
banking systems and others are slowly adopting digital services.
• Convenience and accessibility are the two major factors for consumers
to adopt digital financial services.
• Security and privacy issues emerged as significant roadblocks
