Objective:
To utilize my energy, communication, organizational, and research skills to make a positive

Mega Care Ems – 2009 to current
Emergency Medical Technician:
Perform patient assessments and basic ambulance transports.
Participate in the exchange of information between off-going and on-coming shifts, and
operate a multitude of medical devices and equipment appropriate for field use as
approved by the companies and treatment protocols.
Check all personal gear, assigned vehicles, equipment and tools to ensure safe and
effective operation, and report every aspect of the patient transport.
Give verbal and written report to the staff of the receiving facilities.
Manage and operate all dispatch calls and handle medic schedules

facilities
