● Creating and managing over twelve online marketing campaigns per month in order to effectively
promote brand awareness, increase engagement, and create an influx of consumers via social media

● Researched and compiled data for public grants which led to numerous awards, including an award of
$50,000 from Maximus, a venture philanthropy firm
● Facilitated co-sponsorship of events and enhanced community relations in order to build and maintain a
report for the company, a start-up social enterprise

Target Hope: While president I facilitated yearly college tour for Chicago Public High School students to
Howard University. Developed and coordinated weekly Saturday enrichment program for local DC students
K-8th grade including complimentary breakfast and travel for attendees.
Chicago People Union: While president I developed and coordinated yearly college tour for Chicago Public
High School students to partake in four-day college tour to Howard University. Secured funds, acquired lodging
and complimentary meals for students. Students were paired with student mentors, and lived in university
dorms during their stay. They attend classes, panel discussions from university administration as well as visiting
other local universities.
Howard University Middle School of Math & Science: While assistant teaching I helped plan & teach 6th, 7th,
and 8th-grade science lessons, develop & coordinate after-school programs, and facilitate The Girls Club (an
empowerment group for young adolescent girls).
