Several times each year we are
tasked to provide a proposal to
properly clean or clean and coat
various tanks on each ship. In an
effort to streamline this process
for both the owner and the
vendor we have developed our
MillTank® program.
• We provide your team with
reduced pricing on each
activity.
• We provide matching price
point for cleaning and coating
each tank coordinated with the
ships drawings.
• We provide a secure on line
database including a copy of
the most recent tank condition
report and the next inspection
date due.

16. Onboard Support
Post shipyard delivery services
Your company routinely places
vessels into shipyards for
maintenance and repair.
Typically, the vessel is burdened
with an extensive clean up and
refurbishment process once
departing the shipyard. Millmac
proposes cost effectively placing
our staff on board with the proper
tools, cleaning items, and
ancillary materials to quickly and
cost effectively restore the
vessel to pristine condition.
• We will maintain a trained
TIGER TEAM capable of
cleaning, painting, or repairing
any items from the shipyard
period.
• We will charge $25.00
USD/hour. No overtime.
Maximum eight hours travel
to/from the vessel.
• We will assist in delivering the
ship back to the Master in
passenger ready condition.
