Program to high profile technology manufactures and
resellers such as Toshiba, IBM, Fujitsu, and
Computer City, among many others.
- Grew DAC from inception to over a $1billion/year
program by creating the marketing, demand
generation, and sales infrastructure to supply the
above customers direct sales demand generation
and marketing services.
- Recruited and managed the in house creative
team, database marketing team, and online
development team to develop catalog programs,
ecommerce websites, and online marketing
programs for DACs portfolio of clients.

- By creating a scaleable marketing services program, it
enabled DAC to bring on multiple large clients in a fast
paced, highly competitive market, retaining those
clients for years.

SkyMall.com
- I completely redesigned SkyMall.com, tailoring the site
navigation and merchandising to match how customers are
actually shopping the site.
- Added a product recommendation engine similar to
Amazon’s that incorporated behavioral data from customers
and products.
- Redesigned the checkout process to create a smoother
customer experience.
- Localized the site for multiple currencies and languages.
- Drove all PPC, SEO, affiliate and email marketing to achieve
online sales of $81.5 million per year.
The above received the Internet Retailer’s Hot 100 Best Retail
Websites Award (2009 Edition), and generating
SkyMall.com’s online sales of $81.5 million per year, placing
SkyMall.com in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Retail Websites
for the first time, in spot 151.

many of DAC’s clients. Among them, Toshiba,
Compaq, HP, Motorola and many others.

sites for SkyMall, including Loyalty and Affiliate Malls
for US Airways, AirTran Airlines, and Marriott
Rewards among others. Many of these sites are still
active for these business partners.
