30. 产品的命名规则
主要性能
1、阻燃低烟无卤电缆应能通过GB/T19666-2005《阻燃和
耐火电线电缆通则》中规定。阻燃低烟无卤电缆燃烧烟密度应
能通过GB/T19666、GB/T17651规定,透光率≥60%。阻燃低烟无
卤电缆燃烧气体腐蚀性达到GB/T19666、GB/T17650的规定。
PH≥4.3、导电率≤10us/mm。
2、耐火低烟无卤电缆(软)应能通过GB/T19666-2005
《阻燃和耐火电线电缆通则》中规定。其阻燃性能应通过
GB/T19666、GB/T17651规定,燃烧时的烟密度(透光率)达到
GB12666.7-90的低烟标准,燃烧气体腐蚀性达到GB/T19666、
GB/T17650的规定。PH≥4.3、导电率≤10us/mm。
3、20℃时成品电缆导体电阻、电缆长度1m、标称截面为

1mm 的铜芯应不大于18.1Ω/km、0.0184Ω。
4、成品电缆应能经受3.5KV/5min的电压试验不击穿。
低烟无卤用“WD”表示,即分别用“低”、“无”汉字的第一个拼音
字母表示;阻燃型用“ZR”表示,即分别用“阻”、“燃”汉字的第一个拼
音字母表示;耐火型用“N”表示,即“耐”汉字的第一个拼音字母表示。
产品代号用型号、额定电压、规格及标准号组成:

Naming rules of cable
Main Property
1、 Fire-retardant low-smoke halogen-free cables should pass the
provisions of GBT/19666-2005 <The general principles of the flame-
retardant and fire-resistant wire and cable>. The burning smoke density of
flame-retardant low-smoke halogen-free cables should pass the provisions
of GB/T19666、 GB/T17651, light transmittance≧ 60%. Burning gas
corrosivity of fire-resistant low-smoke halogen-free cables should achieve
the requires of GB/T19666 and GB/T17650. PH≧4.3, conductivity rate ≦
10us/mn.
2、Fire-resistant low-smoke halogen-free cables (soft) should pass the
provisions of GBT/19666-2005<The general principles of the flame-retardant
and fire-resistant wire and cable>. Flame-retardant specification should
pass the provisions of GB/T19666 and GB/T17651, the burning smoke
density (light transmittance ) achieve the low-smoke standard of GB12666.7-
90, burning gas corrosivity should achieve the requires of GB/T19666 and
GB/T17650, PH≧4.3, conductivity rate ≦ 10us/mn.
3、At 20℃, Cu core conductor resistance of cables of length 1m and

section 1mm should be not more than18.1Ω/km、0.0184Ω。
4、 Cables should withstand the voltage testing of 3.5kv/min, no
Prefix WD means Low smoke halogen-free,Prefix ZR
means flame retardant,Prefix N means fire resistant.
Cable code consists of type,rated voltage,specification
and standard number.

12倍;有屏蔽层结构的软电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
