1. Title: " High PSRR Gain Boosted Rail-To-Rail OTA", SSSS 2014 Conference.

Abstract - High-gain and high frequency band width operational transconductance amplifier (OTA)
with high PSRR is presented in this paper which can be used in switched capacitor filters and/or
pipeline A/D converters. It is demonstrated the best trade-off between DC gain, speed, and PSRR for
this design. The OTA achieves a constant large signal DC gain of > 90 dB and PSRR of > -23 dB over
process and temperature variations. It is designed in a 28nm CMOS process and draws a DC power of 7
mW from a 1.8-V supply. The settling time to < 0.05% accuracy for the worst case is ~ 8.3 ns. The
presented correction technique can be used in the high speed ADCs and in special input/output circuits
of several standards such as Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI), Universal Serial Bus (USB) and
etc.

Abstract - High accuracy equalization and high power supply rejection ratio equalizer in the receiver of
a high-speed serial link presented. To validate the proposed architecture, conducted experiments, for
examples, with various injected faults, for which the conventional approach of examining the eye
opening at the output of the equalizer results. Proposed equalizer have supply noise with 35% higher
rejection ratio than USB specification required and hence this equalization mechanism can be used in
the special input/output circuits of Universal Serial Bus (USB) and some other protocols as well.

3. Title: " Low Voltage Current Mirror With A High Output Voltage Swing".

Abstract - The circuit of the current mirror has been proposed which is providing 85% precise current
copying even in the linear region of transistor operation. It can copy currents in power supply’s low
voltage cases when transistors are entering to the triode region due to less overdrive voltages. Compared
with classic current mirror proposed structure provides about 0.94V (normalized to power supply value)
voltage range operation without degrading process variations related mismatches of currents. Those are
possible to be use in the low voltage and low power analog and mixed-signal designs where can provide
higher accuracy than conventional current mirror.

Abstract - An architecture of Self-configurable Delay-Locked Loop (SCDLL) by frequency range
presented in this paper. The proposed architecture produces different phases of clock signal for the
different frequencies in the output of DLL over PVT, which is needed to avoid clock skew and
setup/hold time margins violations between the different synchronized blocks inputs. The presented
architecture is self-configurable depended on input clock signal frequencies and operates by the
negative feedback system. DLL is widely used in such circuits where is the actual issue to get clock
signals with different phases. For example in special input/output circuits of several standards such as
Universal Serial Bus (USB), Double Data Rate (DDR) and etc.

Abstract - An architecture of Self-configurable Delay-Locked Loop (SCDLL) by frequency range presented in this paper. The proposed architecture produces different phases of clock signal for the different frequencies in the output of DLL over PVT, which is needed to avoid clock skew and setup/hold time margins violations between the different synchronized blocks inputs. The presented architecture is self-configurable depended on input clock signal frequencies and operates by the negative feedback system. DLL is widely used in such circuits where is the actual issue to get clock signals with different phases.
