Dear Friends,
I had the opportunity last month to
participate in the Rebirthing Breathwork
workshop conducted at Haidakhan Ashram,
Uttarakhand, in the Himalayan ranges. The
workshop was organized by my good friend
Mr. Mahesh and team. The event was scheduled from 19th
May to 28th May.
Even as Mr. Mahesh proposed this workshop, I immediately
acceptedhisinvitationandregisteredmyselffortheworkshop.I
am passionate about
breathing and I myself
have conducted many
workshops on ‘Three
S t e p R h y t h m i c
Breathing”. When I
broughtthetopicofthis
Himalayan trip to the
notice of my family
members and friends,
everybody gave me a
strange look ‐ probably
with a question in their
collective minds, “Can
this old man make this
arduous journey to the
Himalayas?”
I was supposed to join
the team on 19th May at Delhi airport, but my old “friend”
giddiness caught up with me on the 17th itself. However, I
managed to reach Bangalore without informing anybody.

I reached Delhi by flight on the 20th and travelled alone by
roadandreachedHaidakanAshramthesamenight.
There were about 30 people from all over India in the
workshop ‐ including Mr. Mahesh, Dr. Hemalatha, Ms.
Udaya,Dr.KiranKanth,Mr.Vijay,Mr.Deepakamongothers‐
and I was the “youngest” at heart! On the first day, life at
the ashram was not easy as I had to climb up and down so
many steps which I am not used to. My age, my giddiness
and knee pain all came together and threw me a combined
challenge. With the blessings of Babajis, the power of
Breathwork and my strong will power, I accepted this
challengeandsuccessfullycompletedtheworkshop.
On this trip I was fortunate to visit the ashrams of three
most revered Babajis ‐ Haidakhan Babaji’s Ashram, Neem
Karori Babaji’s Ashram and Mahavtar Babaji’s cave. This
made me contemplate the silence of the mighty Himalayas
andintrospectwith Nature.

Rebirthing is a simple, gentle yet powerful, conscious‐
breathing technique, a powerful alternative therapy. It
brings into awareness not only our unconsciously‐held
beliefs and emotions but also the relationships we have
with our bodies, ourselves, our intimates and our world.
When we consciously breathe with this awareness, we
make it possible to resolve, integrate and heal previously
unresolved issues within ourselves. This frees up energy,
bringing greater life and joy and allows us to move
towardsfulfillmentofourpotentialashumanbeings.
‘Rebirthing’ is the gift that the world has received from
Leonard Orr. A truly multidimensional personality,
Leonard Orr is a spiritual and intellectual pioneer. His
technique is called as “Conscious Breathing” or
“Intuitive Energy Breathing”. The practice of Breath
Awarenessisthroughconscious,connectedbreaths.
Mr. Mahesh of Master Minds, Bangalore and his team
organized this wonderful workshop in the divine
atmosphereoftheHimalayas.
He aptly chose Haidakhan Babaji’s Ashram at
Uttarkhand for this workshop. Sri Haidakhan Wale Baba
established this beautiful Ashram between 1970 and
1984 and after he left his body, many new buildings were
created. Today this is a huge ashram with many rooms,
templesandplacesfortheHaidakhanUniversity.
It was an ideal place to conduct Rebirthing Breathwork
with all the five elements ‐ Space, Air, Fire, Water &
Earth.

3. Breathwork is so powerful that it made me so strong I
was able to climb great heights (physically and
spiritually).
Itsurprisedmethatatmyageof78yearswithkneepain
and giddiness ‐ I was able to climb the top of the hill so
that I could have darshan of Hanumanji ‐ I interpret this
as a result of blessings of Hanuman, in addition to the
effectsofBreathwork.
On our way back, we visited Kainchidhama ‐ Sri Neeb
KaroriBabaji’splace.
Kainchi Ashram is situated at a height of 3,500 feet,
surrounded by mountain ranges covered with forests. A
river flows along its eastern and southern boundaries,
which Baba named Uttar Vahini Ganga (the north‐flowing
Ganga).
Since time immemorial, Kainchi has attracted saints and
enlightened souls. In the recent past, it has attracted two
stalwarts from the IT world ‐ the late Steve Jobs, co‐
founder of Apple Inc. and Mark Zuckerberg, founder of
Facebook. BothwereblessedbyNeebKaroriBabajiduring
their visit to Kainchidhama. People here say, Babaji’s
blessingsisthesecretbehindtheirgreatsuccess.
We also visited Mahavtar Babaji’s cave. Paramahamsa
Yogananda has mentioned
about this great saint in his
book Autobiography of a
Yogi. It is said that Mahavtar
Babaji initiated Yogi
Paramahamsa Yogananda’s
great Guru ‐ guru’s guru ‐
Lahari Mahashaya in this
cave. Sri M has also written
about this great saint
MahavtarBabaji,inhisbook.
Vijay Foundation is blessed
to conduct many programs of Sri M in Mysore. When I
called up Sri M over phone from Babaji’s cave, he
expressedhishappinessandblessedus.
While my initial thoughts were that such a visit to the
Himalayas involving never‐before trekking and walking on
difficult terrain would be difficult, I found my Himalayan
experience a very relaxing, rejuvenating and enjoyable
one.

Dr. Naresh Shetty, President of Ramaiah
Memorial Hospital, Bengaluru is a regular
user of our Crystal Blue Structured Water
Unit. Just this month, Ramaiah Hospital
conducted blood sampling tests with our
Crystal Blue Structured Water to test the effect of on human Red
Blood Corpuscles (RBCs). The results showed that the cells were
moreelectricallychargedandbuoyant.

Thanks to our modern lifestyle, blood cells usually clump together
in what is called a Rouleaux formation and are unable to freely
breathe. But with consumption of structured water, it is seen that
the blood cells become more buoyant, slippery and electrically
charged. The blood gets oxygenated and aerobic. This provides
us with increased immunity and makes us resistant to most
diseases.
