5. Basic Idea
It’s an adhesive foot patch that can dramatically improve
health by removing heavy metals from the body when
placed under the feet during sleep.
Works on the principles of foot reflexology which states
that different parts of the foot are connected to every
other parts of our body.

By simple blending of the ingredients we can prepare
the product.
At a small scale production, one person can produce
the product.
The ingredients will be taken in an 250lt tank and with
the help of an agitator the product can be made.
After that the mixture is wrapped in the filter papers and
in the adhesive tape and packed.
The product is ready.

For the initial investment ,we are going to invest 30k
each, which adds up to 1.8 lakh, as we use our own
property as a factory place so our establishment cost
going to be very minimal and we can start this project
with this money.
In subsequent steps we will be looking for different

The target market is potentially the whole market place. But we
would recommend the product for above 15 yrs. for safety
purpose. We would try to increase awareness by the promotion
activity and also counsel and consult with our customers.
18. Strategy
Business success doesn't come in one day following
one 'right' action, it comes from a group of highly
focused, highly committed people doing a lot of smaller
growth building activities on a consistent basis over a
sustained period of time.
Initially we will take the Direct Approach technique.
We would be visiting to the places like Health Spas,
Hospitals, Gymnasium etc. i.e. the places of health
conscious people.
19. Strategy
We are six partners from different areas. Each of us
would visit our local circles of our interest. Thus we
can get the relevant data from urban as well as rural
areas for future plans.
Initially we will provide a packet of our product at
Rs.950 (discounting Rs.50) & we also sell a single
patch for Rs.98 (Discounting Rs.2)
We will provide sample patches (specially made of low
cost).
