Production Assistant
Under the direction of the Vice President of Production assists in the production work flow by: Using
proprietary software to bundle roof production packets, assisting with duties as needed for HR and maintain
the personal protective equipment inventory.
Day positions starting at $13.00/hr.
Full Time Mon.—Fri.
Expect to work some Saturdays as needed
Qualifications
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent of one year employment in a related field
• Must have proven history of attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Some understanding of construction methods are beneficial
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Roof Fabrication Assembler—Plant One
The Fabrication Assembler is a team member that performs manual assembly of truss components on an
assembly line in a fast–paced environment.
Full time day positions starting at $12.00/hr.
Mon.—Fri. (6am-4:30pm)
Expect to work some Saturdays as needed
Qualifications
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work including: nail
gun, hammer and saws.
• High School Diploma or any combination of education or experience that demonstrates the knowledge and
ability to perform the work.
• Ability to operate on a team in a high volume environment
• Solid work history with a proven track record
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Dimensions Include
• Supplies basic hand tools: measuring tape (25 ft. or more), hammer (20 oz. or larger), and any other
preferences of tools needed to complete projects
• Lifts heavy objects up to 70 lbs. or more, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous
physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Operates on a team in high volume environment
• Must be able to read a tape measure quickly and accurately as a condition of employment
