Snowdrops on a chilly but warming day disappear fast. Love is like a
new born baby, it’s going to need a lot of care, positivity and love.
Trying to be what you really are not is a waste of time. The mind of
some people, for what ever their reason, conscious or
unconsciously, seeks to cover up what they need to acknowledge.
The ‘covering up’ is that which dwells within them from early on that
conditioned them to negative thoughts that try to be covered up for
acceptance of others love. Always everyone is looking for love, but when they were ‘shorted’ on it in childhood, either
they just ‘go with the negative results by trying to cover them up, deny them, or in the best cases recognize them with
awareness. !

That awareness or meditation may be that which generates self love, then the clear ability to love deeply. The inner
you is free and in consciousness. Spending life barely connected to the heart and consciousness is to spend life being
the driver of the car without ever getting out. Consciousness uses the mind and in a sense, the mind is a trap. Try
moving more to the heart where love energy is stored. Meditating will open the
heart more. Use the mind to direct you to do the meditating to help open the
heart.!

Smiling to cover up the pains of the past is like
painting over the old paint of the house. Doesn’t
work well. It’s necessary to remove the negative,
peeling paint. No one is suggesting NOT to smile,
but take a moment to ask yourself if it’s really from
inner consistent happiness, and if not keep smiling,
but act on your ‘truth through self analysis’. Make
the intention to come from the heart rather than the
mind that jumps to anger. The world changes as
you change to the world.!

As long as you have ‘vital sign’s of life’, perceiver in letting go of the negative shadows while
detaching from that part of the past that cripples your smile coming from the heart or
genuinely positive mind. The world has become technologically advanced and continuing as you read this. Time to
keep up with technological evolution with inner evolution, other wise you are part of the technological world destroying
all life being snuffed out. There is no point in becoming a humanoid who lives in only a technological life only to find
when life is about to end, that you’re left wondering why you missed love, bliss, joy and all the inner vicissitudes of life.
Let consciousness be a friend! You are not just the body and mind. You are a multi dimensional being that has come
here to learn the pearls of the physical heart and spiritual world. Love yourself with total intent.!
