 A result of an action or process.

• Convenience products
• Shopping products
• Specialty products
• Unsought products
 Industrial Products
• Capital goods
• Raw materials
• Component parts
• Major equipment
• Accessory equipment
• Operating supplies
What is Service ?
 Providing or provider of accommodation and activities
required by the public depend on their needs and
purpose.
Examples:
• House cleaning
• Tourism
• Recreational services and restaurants
Types of Services
 Business services
- Used by businesses to conduct their business activities.
(e.g. banking, insurance, and transportation)
 Social services
- Services provided by NGO’s to pursue a certain set of social goals.
(e.g. churches orgs. and charities)
 Personal services
- A service wherein every costumer will have a different need.
(e.g. tourism, recreational services, and restaurants)
