Results achieved
1) Launch of some trials after numerous awareness raising seminars and cross-border working group
meetings based on Feasibility Plans collected
ToM – Tourist on the Move
IPIMIT – Interregional Platform for Information on Multimodal Transport
G.TES – Ground thermal energy storage
2) «TRANSMUSEOBS» similar to hackathons
Two experimentations in a French and an Italian museum to find solutions to their problems. Multi-
disciplinary team have worked together for 3 days in tight relationship with users and museum
managers.
3) Creation of a cross-border eco-system focussed on e-health and design solutions to make elderly
people stay at home. Focus on a more efficient value-chain for healing people and delivering care
services by using innovative devices and encouraging Agencies for Health Care to use the Innovation
Procurement and pre-commercial public procurement
4) Pre-commercial public procurement calls on Intelligent Mobility and Smart Energy (VdA)

Lessons learnt – Tips
1) LLs do not suddenly appear they differ one another there is no single
recipe see AI different strategies
2) Try to let things happen and do not try to impose any pre-defined governance
model
3) Necessity to explore and understand people, territories and specialties
4) Attention to have all stakeholders represented and involved in the right phases
and keep them always on board & importance of transparency
5) Mediation is important as well as IPR management
6) Assessment is fundamental because we know where we are heading
7) Always keep en eye on future and self-sustainability of LLs
8) Creation of a visual identity and definition of a communication strategy to
inform stakeholders about the results achieved
9) Importance of having a virtual space where to share documents and
communicate
