Looking for a challenging position of the Cleaning Supervisor (site, patrolling) in the reputed
organization with a view to use my wide experience for the benefit of the organization
 Presently Employed at Emirates Model Building Maintenance as a Cleaning Supervisor
(site,patrolling)in Abu Dhabi, UAE Since 2011 to 2016 till now.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Supervised cleaning staff, and ensured cleanliness in compliance with standards
 Plan and organize cleaners to make sure they are working up to the required
standard
 Supervised and performed day-to-day operational activities
 Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Area Manager
 Submitting job completion reports properly daily, weekly, monthly basis as per
company required.
 Using the Color Coding System and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
(COSHH Register) and the awareness of the cleaning chemicals regulations
 I am trained and have certificate for using the machineries such as a Scrubbing,
Buffing, Carpet Shampooing, Vacuum Cleaner, Air blower, Walk behind Sweeper
and Manual handling
 Easily handling of all cleaning machine and equipments, and knows using about
the cleaning chemicals
 On-Site guidance to cleaners about the (PPE) personal protective equipment and
safe working practices and keeping an eye on cleaners to make sure that they
wear protective equipment
 Operating the project in accordance to the contractual KPI’s and SLA’s.
 Ensuring and Reporting that all Health & Safety procedures such as a
FAC,LTI,MTI and WRI
 Organize working areas and checking stocks of cleaning materials then prepared
on time monthly material requisition as required
 Handling ADEZ &ADEC Main BLDG Sites in School, ADM, EHC pvt ,Masque
Project, Cleaning Project in Emirates of Abu Dhabi
 Using Manpower in above Sites more than 70 cleaners
 I have UAE Driving License Exp 13-11-2023
 Handling (till) Tea boy, Mail boy & Cleaners in khalifa port & Kizad.
 I have worked within the cleaning profession for the last 10 years
