Mrs. Prabhati sahu, a 37-year-old female, presented with a 5-year history of a progressively enlarging, painless swelling in the front and sides of her neck. On examination, a butterfly-shaped swelling was observed involving both lobes of the thyroid and the isthmus. The swelling was nodular, firm, and mobile, and moved with deglutition. No cervical lymphadenopathy or signs of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism were present. Based on the history and examination findings, a provisional diagnosis of non-toxic multinodular goitre was made.
