Rhizospheric Bacteria in Mangrove Ecosystem, Pichavaram, Tamil Nadu.

● Isolation of bacteria from Pichavaram mangrove rhizosphere.
● DNA isolation and screening of nifH gene from isolated strains.
● Screening the antagonistic activity of the isolates against a plant pathogen,
