I am currently enrolled in this course as an elective option
in my pursuit of a PhD in Educational Leadership.
Education has been often quoted as being the greatest
equalizer for America’s children. The quality of the teacher
and school leadership is paramount for obtaining a world
class education for all students.
I am passionate about leading and providing children in
poverty with a quality education. In the next five years, I
see myself having obtained my Ph.D, serving as an adjunct
professor at a major university preparing school leaders to
lead in challenge times, and leading a school district in the
capacity of improving schools in urban environments.
Education has always been my passion. I am committed to
ensuring schools are preparing children, especially those who
come from impoverished backgrounds with a quality
