INTRODUCTION
Example: Strengthening maximum
participation of learners tend to make greater
progress in the academic performance of the
pupils. It is in this reason that teachers have
untiringly sought various techniques, approaches
and interventions on how to captivate the utmost
class participation of the pupils in the class
discussion.
II.
According to the study of Tatar, 2005, “The
benefits of participation have been researched
quite extensively over the past years. Active
classroom participation played an important role
in the success of education and pupils’ personal
development in the future. Astin, 1999
furthermore added that students who are actively
involved, reported higher satisfaction and high
persistence rates.
It is in this view that this research has been
conducted to entice supreme class participation
of the learners to increase their academic
performance in school.
Despite the fact that teachers are considered
as the most significant visual aid in teaching, the
proper use of gadgets is very much substantial to
captivate the attention of the pupils in the class
discussion.
In this era of modernization, school children
are deemed branded as millennials who have
grown up totally immersed in a world of digital
technology.

A.Sampling: This study will employ purposive
sampling to the Grade VI pupils’ respondents.
Participants and/or other Sources of Data Information
The subject of the study are the 12 Grade VI
pupils of Damasing Elementary School of Rizal District,
Schools Division of Zamboanga del Norte. The subject
will consisted of 4 males and 8 females for School
Year 2021-2022.

B. Data Gathering Methods
The researcher will use the Methodological Triangulation
which involved the use of multiple qualitative and/or quantitative
methods to study the program.
