The United States is threatened by moral degeneracy, political corruption, and government largesse. The very survival of the United States is under threat. It is time to form a new Republican Coalition to stand in opposition to the external and internal threats to the United States. This would be a new coalition in the Republican Party to build on a national consensus.

New republican coalition
1. Call for a New Republican Coalition Against
Moral Degeneracy, Political Corruption, and
Government Largesse
Andrew Langford (BA, Political Science)
US Senator Douglas of Illinois introduced the Kansas-Nebraska Act on the
Senate floor in 1854, calling for “popular sovereignty” and leaving the slavery
issue in the Territories to the citizens of the Territories. The Kansas-Nebraska
Act resulted in a political backlash shortly after the legislation was introduced.
Citizen meetings were held in Ripon, Wisconsin on March 20th and Jackson,
Michigan on July 6th to form a new coalition to oppose the Kansas-Nebraska
legislation and the extension of slavery. The Democrat Party condoned slavery
and its extension into the territories. The Whig Party refused to take a definite
stand on the slavery issue. Groups of former affiliates of the Liberty Party, the
Free Soilers, disaffected Northern Whigs, and disenchanted Northern Democrats
came together in common cause and in common opposition to Kansas-Nebraska
and the extension of slavery and formed the Republican Coalition. The new
political coalition, strong in the North and rapidly growing in the 1850s, would be
what we know of today as the Republican Party.
The threats to the United States, the Founding, and the Constitution today come
in different forms. Moral degeneracy corrupted the United States and our politics,
government, and society, and continues threatening our national survival.
Political corruption poisoned our politicians, public servants, lobbyists, economy,
and culture and eats away at national flag and symbols. Our government
expanded in its size, form, and scope as a result of the moral degeneracy and
political corruption. We are ruled over today by a secular technocratic
government because we lost our way as a nation and chased after other gods,
bowing down to dumb political idols. The Democrats are party to this as they
were party to slavery and the Kansas-Nebraska Act. The Libertarians seek
limited government as they are party to the moral degeneracy and political
corruption. The Republican Party lost its direction and is in need of a
reorientation.
It is for this reason I am calling for a new Republican Coalition against moral
degeneracy, political corruption, and government largesse. I am calling on
disillusioned Democrats, enlightened Socialists, Greens, “Independents,”
“Moderates,” “Centrists,” Constitutionalists, and grassroots Republicans to join
me in forming this new coalition in the Republican Party. Now is the time to take
our stand for our Founding Heritage, national principles, and limited constitutional
government. Now is the time to unite and take the Republic back, return the
government to the people, and restore God, religion, and morality to our public
policy and politics.
2. The new Republican Coalition is in opposition to drugs, prostitution, gambling,
vice, and debauchery. We stand in opposition to stem cell research, abortion, the
LGBTQ ideology, in opposition to Artificial Intelligence, and robotic-economics.
We object to Social Darwinism and the objectification and extortion of people. We
stand for the Judeo-Christian morality and ethics the United States was founded
upon. The new Republican Coalition calls and stands for the protection of life,
liberty, and personal property of every living, conceived, and deceased individual
when and where it is possible.
The new Republican Coalition is in opposition to political favors to donors and
patrons, government infiltration by lobbyists and special interests, “Corporate
America,” big money, and subsidiary economics. We are in opposition to the
pork-and-barrel spending in government and Congressional earmarks. We stand
for government of the people, by the people, and for the people. We stand for the
general welfare of the United States and a more perfect Union. The new
Republican Coalition seeks for the restoration of principle, character, and honor
in our politics at every level.
The new Republican Coalition is in opposition to government largesse. We object
to technocracy and “professional” bureaucratic government at every level. We
stand in opposition to globalization, centralization, paternalism, regionalism, and
globalism. The best government governs least. The most effective government
and governance are local government and self-government. We call for less
central government and more diffused government with more power for the
people. The new Republican Coalition calls for limited constitutional government.
We live under abusive government today with the object of placing us back under
despotism. We live in an era of political division today with the same goals and
ends in mind. Not only we have the right to overthrow governments and political
orders like what we have today. But, it is imperative upon us to overthrow these
governments and political orders and “provide new guards for [our] future
security.” It is imperative upon us to restore our constitutional government,
restoring its foundation on principles and its proper powers as it “shall seem most
likely to effect [our] safety and happiness.”
This is our hope and desire. This is the pledge we make as the leadership,
affiliates, and activists of the new Republican Coalition. “We, the People of the
United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure
domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general
welfare, and secure the blessings to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and
establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” “For the support of
this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we
pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.”
