Perform the monetization of Colombian Legal Entities valued at USD $2.5 million and payments of intercompany
transactions (transfer pricing) with different global CITIGROUP institutions worth USD $55 million annually. Properly
allocate costs to different areas and product segments. Control, check and review the different Balance Sheet, Income
and Expenses lines in all CITIBANK and Colombian subsidiaries.
-KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
 Designed and implemented the process that uploaded the accounting for all inter-affiliate charges in the
proper Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
 Developed an information system which summarized the services given by a global CITIGROUP entity and
its cost. It also included percentage variations, trends, forecasts and monthly payments.
 In Conjunction with Finance and the Controllership Team, all procedures and regulations were put in place
in order to integrate Citibank and its Colombian Subsidiaries on board with the Global Inter-Affiliate
System, the coordination helped with the standardization and a more efficient execution in all of its
processes.

CITIBANK and subsidiaries nationwide. Manage contracts for Software Development, Technology and Infrastructure
areas annually valued in USD $32 million.

2. -KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
 Developed a data tool which controls and summarizes automatically the execution of contracts from
diverse CITIBANK Operations & Technology areas.
 Reduced annually expenses in Operations and Technology Infrastructure services in USD $150K. Strong
savings were encountered through a wide analysis made on contracts, invoices and services received,
which concluded in rates renegotiation and termination of services not in use.
 Created new databases for all the processes and responsibilities in the position. The files presented
efficient information as it delivers organized and effective data for making presentations and reports,
 Decreased the number of Service Providers issued invoices in 88%. Monthly bills decreased from 288 to 35
invoices, this significantly simplified the process of analysis and bill payments from a 22 day task to an 8
business day procedure.
