FORECASTING

dettagliate
Prevedere a livello dettagliato (mix) solo dove necessario
14. www.cegeka.it

concorrenti, outlook economico, nuovi prodotti,
pricing, promozioni, offerte in corso, budget, input
della direzione, intra-company, serie storiche,
previsioni automatiche basate su serie storiche,..)

myPlan®ADVANCEDPLANNING&SCHEDULING
myPlan® interactive scheduling
Is the process to
be scheduled
quite simple ?
• The schedule is made incrementally by the user: each day the user inserts
in the Gannt Chart the operations related to new orders released by the planning system
and/or adjust the previous scheduling to cope with problems.
• The user takes decisions, the system steers. The user select from a table one
operation (group of) or order at a time and, using drag and drop technique, places it on a
Gannt Chart in a desired time position and on a desired resource.
• The system checks if choices are allowed and workouts the operations
run time and the setup time dipendent by the sequence, and adjusts the previous
scheduling according to the new operation inserted.
• The system signals any problems, delivery, missing materials, tools availability.
• The interactive scheduling is aimed at scheduling simple processes,
for example single phase processes or multi phase process whith a single bottleneck
phases.

myPlan®ADVANCEDPLANNING&SCHEDULING
myPlan® automatic scheduling
Is the process to
be scheduled
quite complex ?
• The schedule is regenerative and made by the computer using a ILOG
IBM engine (using logic programming, graph teory, genetic algorithms, large
neighborhood search).
• The system is aimed at optimizing an objective function defined by the user
(weight of meet due dates, minimize lead times, minimize work in process,
maximize machine or labor utilization)
• The user man adjust the automatic schedule in a frozen horizon
• The automatic scheduling is aimed at scheduling complex processes, for example
multi phase processes whith variable bottleneck and multiple resources
costraints.

Marketing & Sales devono
essere responsabili del

funzioni devono collaborare in
modo rilevante
Migliori processi di previsione
portano a migliori previsioni
24. www.cegeka.it
risultati
Importante mantenere la coerenza tra diverse previsioni:
una sola previsione con diverse “viste”
