OBJECTIVE

construction and transportation operations. Assists engineering officer in construction
planning, scheduling, material estimating, and erosion control of over 125 construction
sites. Assists in the preparation of operation orders, standing operating procedures, and
contingency plans. Schedules and inspects construction quality control, safety, and
production activities for 43 employees. Supervises performance and scheduling of work
shifts and daily duties. Performs equipment operations and maintenance on 46 pieces of
equipment to include loaders, scrapers, graders, forklifts, excavators, dozers, dump trucks
and tractor trailers. Conducts route analysis, plans routes and manage log books for
equipment movement to and from destinations. Provide leadership, instruction and
mentorship to subordinates in equipment operations, life skills and accountability of
equipment. Provides disaster relief as part of an Emergency Response Deployment Unit
capable of responding and deploying within 96 hours with engineer assets to support
FEMA and other organizations throughout the United States.
