includedinthismodule todoyouracademicworke.g.MicrosoftOffice Word,searchenginesand
file management.AsInformationandCommunicationTechnologypermeatesall workenvironments,
basiccomputerskillshave become one of the requirementsthatorganizationsexpecttheir
employeestopossess.

Management
Thissectionconsistsof a theoretical lectureandpractical component.Onthe
theorysection,studentsare introducedtothe conceptof electronicfilesand
documents.Theylearnaboutstorage devices,storage pathsandstorage
capacities.
Students to learn what files, folders and
recordsare.Studentstolearnthe correctway
to name files and folders and to organize
them.
Students will learn to choose a storage area
or device in which to save. They will learn
aboutfile pathswithregardto storage areas.
Students will learn about file extensions and
file sizes/storage sizes.
