accordance with the fulfillment of the requirements of Quality Management System
ISO 9001: 2008 and ensure that corrective action is taken implemented effectively

process efficiency improvements with dissolution heat utilization, increased efficiency
evaporator with the use of steam traps, improved thermal efficiency analysis process
temperature furnace with chimney and leaks in the furnace draft, the basics of the
tool-furnace boiler-autoclave.

- Provide the proposed use of alternative fuels (coal) as an increase in efficiency and
reduction of production cost. Feasibility analysis process modifications boiler with
fuel consumption of coal alternative, supplier selection, visits to users of coal boiler,
construction monitoring, running the boiler, to the operational monitoring. Effect:
reduction of steam production costs up to +/- 35% of the initial cost, ROI within +/- 4
months.
- Conducting a trial modification proposals to the evaporator through the application
as well as monitoring. Trial modifications successfully accelerate the evaporation
process until 2x faster, steam pressure required is also smaller. Effect: faster
processing time, less steam, greater ability to fulfill orders, process tools needed less.
- Conducting a trial modification autoclave process for the dissolution of potassium
silicate through a proposal to the application as well as monitoring. Trial
modifications successfully accelerate the process of dissolution and the resulting
product is clear (water quality than before syrupy). Effect: faster processing time, less
steam, greater ability to fulfill orders, better product quality, reduced loss, time is
considerably reduced cleaning tool, order products increased due to increased quality.
- Creating new products: Mixed Silicate (combined sodium silicate and potassium
silicate). Manufacture of new products by working with the customer. Trial
manufacture of the physical properties and chemical analysis of the product and mass
balance calculations ranging from formulations, trial, data analysis, provision of lab
scale samples to customers, sample scale trial production, the transfer of knowledge to
the team, the formulation in the Excel program, to monitor continuous processes.
Effect: New products with more added value, order products continuously, to the
customer: before: import, now: domestic orders( the values are: better lead time,
smaller order, quick response, better price)
- Laying the foundation (the basics) for each of the efficiency of the process for
calculating the CoG’s products, ways of achievement along with continual
improvement, eg: laying the basis for calculating fuel consumption by means of the
use of gas perproduct by flowmeter, laying the basis for calculation of fuel
consumption with the use of steam perkilo by flowmeter gas or coal with steam
generated scales, making formulations BOM (Bill of Materials) for the overall product.
- Conducting a trial application of the new products of the main product derived
(silicate) in the customer, such as:
1. Trial deflocculant product (sodium metasilicate pentahydrate) ranging from a visit
to the customer, lab-scale trial to production and analysis as well as corrective actions.
2. Trial modified silicate products for recycled paper products in cooperation with
foreign parties.
- Conducting development (diversification) of products, production, along with
reporting and monitoring for "Blue Ocean" strategy for household-products of
industrial dry-hygiene-sanitizer.
- Conducting development (diversification) products for derivatives products
(derivatives) sodium silicates, ie the product of sodium metasilicate (starting from
July 2014). Start of trial Laboratory scale to production scale.
