PROFILE
 Technically competent Mechanical Engineer offering a gratifying career span of 4+ years predominantly in the area of
Maintenance and Project; currently spearheading efforts with Uttam Galva Metallics Ltd., Wardha (IMS
Certified) in the capacity of Engineer-Mechanical Maintenance.
 Working as a Shift Incharge and Area Incharge of Pulverized Coal Injection System, served as Shift Incharge for past 2.5

 Presently working as an Area Incharge of Pulverized Coal Injection System.
 Also working as Shift Incharge for Blast Furnace, dealing with various technical problems during shift and handling
breakdowns, shutdowns.
 Looked after Maintenance of PCI, Cast House Equipments, BLT, BF Proper, HBS, Stock House, PCM, Dry GCP under shift
activities.
 Involved in pressure testing of stave coolers of blast furnace.
 Involved in pressure testing of Cigar/Bar coolers of blast furnace.
 Involved in flame testing of stave coolers in blast furnace.
 Involved in Bifurcation process of damaged staves in blast furnace.

2.  Supervised Blast Furnace, Pulverized coal injection system and also responsible for equipment’s preventive
maintenance.
 Working as active member of Preventive Maintenance team for Blast Furnace and its auxiliaries.
 Supervised maintenance of Pulverized coal injection system machines like Coal Mill (33.5tph), Coal preparation system,
Coal Injection System.
 Supervised complete capital repair/shutdown of PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION SYSTEM twice and complete overhauling
of COAL MILL.
 Execute various modifications in COAL PREPARATION system to avoid blasting inside coal mill and bag filter.
 Responsible for the handling of maintenance activities of blast furnaces and pulverized coal injection system,
organizing the resources to carry out the regular maintenance activities to enable maximum availability of the critical
equipments without any breakdowns and ensuring the safe working environment by following the safe practices which
helps to get the desire output from the scared resources.
 Actively involved in planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
 Conceptualize and implement process modifications for optimizing resource utilization and maximizing productivity and
adapts automated systems for streamlining operations to enhance operational efficiency.
 Execute cost saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in various expenditures.
 Supervised Proper Operation & maintenance of Valves, Cylinders, Gear boxes, conveyors.
 Attended Periodic Monthly Shutdowns.
 Attended Capital Repairs of Grade III.
 Ensured timely maintenance of hydraulic system, Fans (I.D., F.D.), Bucket Elevators, Conveyors (Belt) Actuators,
