To determine and characterize the optical and structural properties of Carbon
Nano Tubes (CNTs) coated aluminum to get better understanding of suitability
for solar energy absorption. This project includes simulations to observe the
variation of reflection in visible and infrared wavelengths regions, as well as their
respective absorptance and emittance.
08.2011-12.2012 Additional project in master “Integration of wind and solar energy system”
Supervisor: Yngve Birkelund, UiT, The Arctic University of Norway.
Hybrid wind and solar energy system was aimed to determine the local potential
of renewable energy. Basic models were used to calculate power and energy.
LabView and MATLAB were used for to accomplish a better physical and statistics
understanding of renewable energy system.
