This document summarizes a presentation on web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and databases. A team of 4 students - Navpreet Kaur, Amit Sandhu, Manpreet Singh, and Lovepreet kaur - presented on the basics of each technology to Oceana Tech Company at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. 10.  Difference between OOPS4 v/s OOPS5.
OOPS4:- It does not supports OOPS. Developed in
1994.
OOPS5:- It supports OOPS. Offically declared in
2006.
 XAMPP:- PHP runs on XAMPP server. Fullform of
XAMPP:
X- Extensible
A- Apache
M- MySQL
PP- Hypertext Preprocessor

11.  Text Editor:- Visual Studio, Notepad, Notepad++
etc.
 To run PHP file:-
Type localhost/foldername/a.php in browser.
 Save File:- My Computer-> C drive-> XAMPP->
htdocs-> create folder-> save all files.
 Printing anything in PHP:-
echo “Hello”;
 Variable declaration ($):-

12.  File handling
 Make directory:-
$a=mkdir(“abc”);
 Remove directory:-
$a=rmdir(“abc”);
 Create file:-
$a=f open(“a22.php”,”W”);
 Unlink():- Used to delete a file.
$a=unlink(“a22.php”);

13. Databasess
 Database is a collection of related tables
or collection of data objects.
 For database we use XAMPP.
 To create local web server on your
computer.
 We learn MySQL for database.

used to fetch the data from the MySQL
database.
