2. PROJECT DETAILS
1. Message Accounting :
The main focus of this project is to generate report for network operator which help in determining the usages
of resources by the user. Main focus of this is to provide the Accounting feature in AAA’s Protocol (Diameter).
Responsibilities:
1. Finalize the Designing aspect.
2. Source code writing, development end testing and debuging of error.
3. sqlite query optimization for better performance.
2. Diameter Load Stub:
This project main aims to develop such a tool which measure the performance of MACH7-iDC
(Diameter Protocol Based Product).
Responsibilities:
1. Finalize the Designing aspect.
2. Development end testing.
3. MACH7-iDC( Inteligent Diameter Controller):
The MACH7-iDC is based on the Diameter protocol and consolidates several DIAMETER signaling solutions with
multiple application/interface support into one platform, including Diameter Routing Agent (DRA), Diameter
Edge Agent (DEA), Subscriber Location Function (SLF) and Load Balancer (LB). Mach7-iDC is used in LTE
network.
Responsibilities:
1 · Part of the Designing team of DRA(diameter routing agent)
2 · Part of the core development team of DRA(diameter routing agent)
3 · Bug fixes in testing phase.
4. MACH7-iDC Statistics :
Which implement the number of messages of different interface which are being processed by diameter layer.
Interface like Gx, Gxx, Rx, Sy etc. and the message of CCR, CCA, RAR, RAA, ASR, ASA etc. Designing the how
the statistics are implementing in this product as number of messages exchanges through the stack and
also providing the graphical user interface (GUI) through the user can view the statistics.
5. Diameter Routing Agent HA (DRA) :
Implementation of DRA in high availability case in which when one box is down then other box for which it is backup handle the
subscriber. For implementing the HA we maintain the database which store the subscriber for which it is owner and backup.
