3. 1.Installation-pH/ORP
pH/ORP:The thread of pH/ORP electrode needs to be waterproofed and wrapped
with TEFLON tape;It is recommended to use environmental protection
brackets;If measuring pure water, it is recommended to use P34A (P34A can
prolong the life of the sensor, and the pipeline does not need to be interrupted each
time it is disassembled and installed, and the measurement is more stable and
accurate).
4. 1.Installation-Turbidity /TSS
TUR/TSS-6200: It is recommended to use an environmental protection bracket, and
the optical window should avoid directly facing the surface of highly reflective
objects at a distance of more than 20cm from the bottom and side walls;
Air bubbles in the water will cause measurement errors, so the electrode needs to
be installed in a position where the water flow is relatively stable;
Hoisting is prohibited.
5. 1.Installation-DO
Dissolved Oxygen:
The electrode thread needs to be waterproofed and wrapped with TEFLON TAPE;
It is recommended to use environmental protection brackets for installation;
Avoid areas with dense bubbles;
The sensor comes with a calibration bottle, do not lose it!
6. 2.Maintenance-pH/ORP
pH/ORP:
Please clean the sensor once every two weeks, spray water with a watering can,
and then use a small brush to gently brush off the dirt attached to the front end of
the sensor. There is a glass bubble at the front of the sensor, so handle it with care;
If the water quality is poor, and there are many impurities attached to the sensor
liquid boundary, the maintenance frequency needs to be increased;
The pH sensor is calibrated once a month, and the ORP sensor does not need to be
calibrated;
The platinum surface passivation caused by strong oxidation or reduction will
affect the response potential of the ORP sensor. The platinum ring can be profiled
with toothpaste or fine sandpaper, and then rinsed with pure water.
7. 2.Maintenance-Turbidity /TSS
TUR/TSS-6200:
Please clean the sensor once every two weeks.
The measuring window is made of optical quartz glass. During maintenance, you can
choose to clean it with neutral detergent, eye cloth or lens test paper.
The damage of the measuring window will directly lead to the damage of accuracy.
For insoluble precipitates on optical glass, it is recommended to use 5% hydrochloric
acid solution for cleaning.
8. 2.Maintenance-DO
Dissolved oxygen:
Please clean the sensor once every two weeks,You can use a watering can to spray
water, try to wash off the attachments with water, do not wipe the black coating
directly, the front of the sensor is a photosensitive film, do not expose to direct
sunlight, otherwise it will affect the service life or even fail.
If the black coating on the membrane cap is visibly faded, partially peeled off, or if
the membrane cap is cracked, the membrane cap needs to be replaced.

TUR/TSS-6200:
The TUR-6200 high turbidity data acquisition terminal has been calibrated
when it leaves the factory.If you need on-site inspection or verify whether it is
accurate after a period of use, you can calibrate the collection terminal. The
instrument has two calibration methods:
Calibration method 1:
The turbidity data acquisition terminal (without its own display instrument)
directly outputs RS485 digital signals,The digital interface can be directly matched
to display with industrial computer, configuration display, PLC, RS485
communication port instrument, and use our company's digital TUR/TSS-6000
high turbidity/suspended matter upper computer software setting on the
man-machine interface of the above equipment And calibration software to set up
and calibrate the instrument.
It can also be connected to the computer installed with the upper computer
software of the turbidity online analyzer through the RS485/RS232 or USB
port converter to complete the calibration and calibration together with the
computer interface .

Calibration method 2:
You can use the company's data acquisition terminal handheld operator to complete the
setting operation under the APP, and scans the QR code on the handheld operator to
download the application applet; Scan the QR code on the turbidity product to
download the calibration program, and complete the calibration check and other
corresponding settings according to the operation steps under the APP interface.

19. 3.Calibration-Turbidity
Turbidity Calibration:
The standard solution of turbidity is not easy to store. Users can configure it on site. It
is recommended to configure the standard solution according to the water quality.
Turbidity calibration requires the instrument to be calibrated with 800 NTU turbidity
standard solution.When the customer's field conditions permit, it is recommended to
use deionized water for zero calibration of the instrument.
If the customer has the conditions and ability to prepare the turbidity standard
solution on site or in the laboratory, the turbidity correction solution can be
configured according to the following methods.
20. 3.Calibration-Turbidity
The configuration method of 800NTU turbidity standard solution is as follows:
a. Configure pure water with turbidity of 0 NTU
Distilled water is filtered through a 0.2um membrane filter to obtain a zero NTU solution.
b. Hydrazine sulfate solution
Weigh 1.0 g of hydrazine sulfate (also known as hydrazine sulfate), dissolve in pure water,
and dilute the volume in an 80 mL volumetric flask.
c. Hexamethyltetramine solution
Weigh 10.0g of hexamethyltetramine, dissolve it in pure water, and dilute it in an 80mL
volumetric flask.
d. Formazin turbidity standard solution
Draw 80.0 mL of hydrazine sulfate solution respectively,Add 80.0 mL of
hexamethyltetramine solution to a constant volume in a 200ml volumetric flask, mix
well,When placed at 25±3°C and protected from light for 24 hours, the turbidity of this
standard solution is 4000NTU.
e.800 NTU Formazin Turbidity Standard Solution
Draw 200mL of 4000NTU formazin standard mixture and place it in a 1000ml volumetric
flask.Add pure water to the mark and mix well. This standard solution is 800NTU turbidity
standard solution.
21. 3.Calibration-Turbidity
The configuration method of 800NTU turbidity standard solution is as follows:
Zero Calibration:
Wash calibration measuring cylinder (diameter of about 10 to 12 cm, height of about 20 cm)
twice with deionized water, put the turbidity/suspended analyzer in the deionized water of
measuring cylinder (liquid level height 10 cm), and use tools fixed turbidity/suspended
online analyzer, the tip of the probe should be under the surface (2-3)cm (1 inch);When the
reading is stable, click the zero point to calibrate;
Slope calibration: Wash and dry the measuring cylinder with deionized water twice;Gently
invert the 800NTU standard solution bottle at least 50 times, mix the standard solution
evenly, and pour a small amount of the standard solution into the calibration cylinder for
wet washing.Slowly (to avoid bubbles) pour the standard solution from the bottle into the
calibration cylinder (to ensure the level is about 10cm);Immediately put the probe into the
calibration measuring cylinder;Using a tool to fix the turbidity/suspended matter on-line
analyzer, the top of the probe should be approximately (2-3)cm (1 inch) below the surface
of the water;Wait for the measured value of turbidity/suspended matter online analyzer to
be stable, then click the slope calibration and input the value of standard solution 800NTU
to correct the slope of turbidity/suspended matter online analyzer;
22. 3.Calibration-Turbidity
Dissolved Oxygen:
Soak the sensor in clean water or tap water for 1~2 minutes before calibration
1) After taking out the sensor, use a soft paper towel to dry up the water on the
sensor and the membrane cap (the black coating of the membrane cap cannot be
wiped off, you can cover the membrane cap with a tissue, and then squeeze the
tissue with your fingers to remove the visible water is absorbed)
2) Put the calibration bottle (with wet sponge) that comes with the sensor on the
front of the sensor. Avoid any visible water contact with the black coating of the
membrane cap. Adjust the position of the calibration bottle so that the distance
between the membrane cap and the wet sponge is about 2 cm
3) After the reading is stable (about 4 minutes), write 1 to the 0x0220 register (if
you choose the upper computer software for calibration).
23. 3.Calibration-DO
DOF-6310 fluorescent dissolved oxygen data acquisition terminal has been calibrated when
it leaves the factory, and it has been put into operation in the near future. For on-site
inspection or verification and calibration after a period of time, there are two calibration
methods:
The fluorescent dissolved oxygen terminal (without its own display) is directly checked on
the display of the industrial computer, data acquisition controller, PLC, and PC upper.
24. 3.Calibration-DO
With the help of the company's IOT operator to check under the APP, the APP scans the QR
code on the data aquicition terminal, downloads the application applet, and completes the
calibration, inspection and corresponding settings according to the operation steps under the
APP interface.
