1. Specificduties&Resposibilities:-
• Secure the warehouse atall timesandallow accessonlytoauthorizedpersonnel
• Receive materialsintothe warehouse stockandissue partstodepartmentsasneeded.
• Liaise withdepartmentheads/PMT(ProjectManagementTeam) inthe preparationof materials
requisitionsforall projectconsumables;focusonplanningtominimizeurgentorders;forward
approvedrequisitionstothe HQ or Relateddept..
• Maintainaccurate records of receivedandoutstandingrequisitionsandcargomanifests.Trackthe
progressof Purchase Orders
• Maintainadequate stocklevelsof equipmentsparesandconsumablestofacilitate the continuous
operationof the unit.
• Prepare periodicreportsforthe Barge Supt. FieldEngineersandWarehouse Supv.asrequired.
• Performcyclical inventoryof stockandmaintainthe physical inventoryinthe warehouse.
• Reviewregularlyobsolete andsurpluspartsandadvise SupervisorsorProjectEngineer or
Expeditorsforfollow up.
• Use the computerizedsystemtomaintainanaccurate inventoryof all materialsstoredonthe rig.
• Prepare manifestforall equipment/tools/consumablesdispatchedfromthe MWB (Barge) either
by SupplyVessel/AHT/Material barge (dependingonthe currentsituation).
• Checkfordiscrepanciesinmaterialsreceivedagainstdeliverynotesandoutwardmanifest.Issue
ProcurementIncidentReportforincorrectitems.
• Assistinthe manifestingandcontrol of third-partyequipmentasrequired.
• Assistdepartmentheadsinestablishingarealisticminimum/maximumwarehouse stockof all
shut-downorcritical items.
• Provide FixedAssetRegisterinformationtodepartmentheads.
• Ensure that all hazardousandnon-hazardouswastesare correctlylabelledandpackagedpriorto
shipmentashore.(EHSQ)
• Participate dailyinSTARTProcess.
• Ensure that subordinatesunderstandandapplyguidelinesof the CompanyQuality&HSEPolicy
StatementsandMWB-specificprocedures.
• Carry outassigneddutiesinasafe manneraccordingto Companypoliciesandprocedures.
• Activelyparticipate inthe weeklymeetings,ImprovementProcess,andall otherCompanysafety
managementsystems.

2. • Reportanyincidents,potential hazardsorabnormal situationstosupervisorandotherdepartment
heads.
• Respondtoemergencysituationsasdesignatedonstationbill.
• Ensure that cleanlinessandhousekeepingof warehouse areaismaintainedata suitable standard
