You should get in touch with a good accountant who has thorough knowledge of these structures and entities.
You accountant can advise you on the best suitable structure for your development, based on what you would like to do with it, when your development is complete.
Legals
Well, needless to say, you need a solicitor on your side to make sure your legals are air tight.
Before you reach your construction phase, you need to make sure that you have in place your planning permits or DA aka development approval,
once you have your DA in place, you will need to obtain a building permit or BA i.e. your building approval.
Next step would be to get a tender out and select a building contractor.
Once construction is complete you need to have a certifier or a land surveyor booked in to issue you separate titles.
Finally, if you decide to hold your development, give us a call & we can help you arrange a home loan or an investment loan.
