management. EfW, also known as Waste-to-Energy (WtE), involves producing
heat or electricity from waste. This is done by recovering the energy contained in
waste streams left after recycling.
The energy is harnessed via heat exchangers that reduce the heat to a level
suitable for ambient heating, boiling water, sterilisation or to power an ORC engine
to produce electricity.

Separators Sorters
Many parts of your waste stream can be of value to you or others.
By adding sorters or separators you can filter off these valuable
revenue streams before they enter the incineration process. These
can then be re-used or recycled accordingly.

Shredders Dryers
These allow continuous operation, improve fuel efficiency and can
be used in conjunction with a hopper or conveyor to keep your
waste processing running with little human intervention.
Certain waste streams require drying if there is a high moisture
content. Other waste can be compacted and dense - by shredding,
we can introduce valuable air into the waste itself which aids total
combustion.
Bin Tippers
If you are already using a specific waste container or bin, we have
range of fully and semi-automated bin tipper solutions for all our
medium to large sized models. We can also design a bespoke
system to fit with your existing equipment.
All models in the INCINER8 range can be supplied with a wide choice of modular
attachments to enhance their capabilities and offer additional functionality.
Venturi Scrubbers
A venturi scrubber is designed to effectively use the energy from
the inlet gas stream to atomize the liquid being used to scrub the
gas stream. This type of technology is a part of the group of air
pollution controls we collectively referred to as wet scrubbers.

Pollution control systems capture all the gasses, soot and
entrained solids emitted by the incinerators and processes them
to meet the European regulations, which are set out in directive
2000/76/EC, dated 4th Dec 2000. Various sizes and capacities
