Broccoli: broccoli florets marinated with ginger,
carome seed, cream cheese and spices grilled in a
clay oven; and Zaitooni Kebab: ground lamb patties
with bengal gram daal, red chillies, whole spices
filled with olives, onion and fresh coriander served
with a mint sauce.

The culinary delights are created by our award
winning Executive Chef, Mojahid Ali. Ali has
worked and gained numerous accolades all
around the world. After training with the Taj
group in New Delhi, he spent fourteen years
in prestigious restaurants in New York. He
has cooked for many celebrated dignitaries
including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11,
former President of America, Mr Bill Clinton,
The Millennium Suite (open August 2008)
is one of the largest entertaining venues in
London. It can accommodate 1,000 people for
conferences, weddings and parties.
For the main course try Malmali Kofta: home made
cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with
cardamom; and Chicken Chettinad: a hot and spicy
tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black
pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef's own
blend of freshly ground spices.
The Manhattan Suite accommodates up to
270 people. It is ideal for a conferences, small
meetings, weddings, shows and parties.
