2. According to the Qur’an, dignity of the children of
Adam is a divine bestowal, which is to be secured
by all means, including the law and the state
authorities, and is to be defended by all forces:
We have conferred dignity on the
children of Adam, and borne them over
land and sea, and provided for them
sustenance out of the good things of life,
and favored them far above most of our
Creations. (Quran 17:70)
3. Human rights
are moral principles that set
out certain standards of
human behaviour , and are
regularly protected as legal
rights in national and
international law .
4. Man has been given certain rights by almighty Allah
. Quran has equally ranked the entire humanity in
reference to the human rights.
Quran Says “Every human child is equally
worthy of respect, thus on account of
one's genesis there can be no
discrimination; there is no difference
between one man and the other: (17:70)”.
6. Whosoever kills a human being without (any
reason like) man slaughter, or corruption on
earth, it is as though he had killed all mankind ...
(5:32)
God has declared the sanctity of life; hence
nobody can be given the permission to take life,
except when right demands it (6:152)’
Do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred
except through the due process of law ... (6:151)
7. SECURITY OF WEALTH
Rights to own & protect
property
“And in their wealth
there is
acknowledged right
for the needy and
destitute.” (51:19)
Rights to sustenance
"Do not devour one
another's wealth
by false and illegal
means .” (2:188)
8. RIGHTS OF DIGNITY
We have created all humankind as
worthy of dignity’
(Al Quran : 17:70)
(a) "You who believe, do not let
one (set of) people make fun of
another set.
(b) Do not defame one another.
(c) Do not insult by using
nicknames.
(d) And do not backbite or speak ill
of one another" (49:11-12).
9. RIGHTS OF KNOWLEDGE
a) Freedom to acquire
knowledge through
education :
"Are those who have
knowledge equal to
those who do not
have
knowledge?!”(39:9).
10. b) Rights to acquire religious knowledge :
"Read. Read in the name of thy Lord who created;
[He] created the human being from blood clot.
Read in the name of thy Lord who taught by the
pen: [He] taught the human being what he did
not know." (96: 1-5).
11. RIGHTS OF RELIGION
Equal rights to all major & minor religious group:
There is no compulsion in religion.
(Al Quran 2:256)
12. RIGHTS OF RELIGION …
"(It is) the truth from the Lord of you
(all)," so let those who please believe, and
let those who please disbelieve.
(Al-Kahf 18:29)

To ensure the equal rights for
the people of all stages there is
no other option without following
the direction of Quran
