7. Samples control storage
According to requirements of various
international standards like ISO, BRC, IFS,
HACCP and also strict rules of the Customs
andTax services of Kingdom of Spain, we
store all the purchase and sales control
reference samples in special archive during
minimum of 12 months.
8. Our laboratory is equipped by two
Anton Para analysers, two gas-
chromatographs, HPLC, mini-
distillation columns, microscope and
other classic equipment
The Factory’s industrial laboratory carries out all the basic analyses to assure the quality control
It has also the modern sensory lab to
perform the organoleptic assessment
10. Certification
EUROFINS, IVICAM и IRIAF (SNIF-RMN, isotopic analyses)
ALVISA does not have own itotopic laboratory, therefore cooperates with three leading international laboratories.
More than 300 samples are analysed annually.
