3. To prep for ACE
We need to do a few things to prep your files to
be sent to ACE.
Get into your groups and make sure you have
access to all of your files.
I want you to name your files in a specific way
and email them to me. All the info is on the next
screen.

4. Save your files AS PDFs with your team name and the following:
The flier: teamname1.pdf
the post card: teamname2.pdf
the pre-admissions form: teamname3.pdf
the post-admissions form: teamname4.pdf
the invitation/events template: teamname5.pdf
the logo with color scheme: teamname6.pdf
Any variants: teamname7.pdf
I also want you to create a document that shares any info you want
ACE to know about your current work. This should be saved as
teamname.pdf
Email all of these documents to alexanp3 at Miamioh dot edu.

5. The Web Project
For our web production project, we are going to be
developing a website design within a WordPress
frame (sort of like the course website). We’ll talk
much more about the client and the client’s needs
in the coming weeks, but for now what I’d like you
to start thinking about is what design elements you
see on the web that you find interesting or
particularly compelling.

6. We will start…
By talking through two key ideas: wireframing and
the nature of CSS.
Depending on how much time we have, I might do
some discussion of CSS right here; but if it takes as
long to finalize files as it did in the Monday class, we
might not want to rush it.

7. For next week
Next week we will start to work on some web
stuff while we advance toward the video project.
