op erating p rofit of $139,000 in savings )

Used a 5s visual control kaizen event to:
Imp roved the DOMINO FOLDER GLUER 650 organization, tooling
p lacement, and visuual controls, leading to safety and productivity
imp rovements. Achieved this by leading a cross functional team on the the
foundations of a 5S visual workplace and by teaching/training through structured
kaizen event p rocess (Annualized operating p rofit of $91,000 in savings) .

Facility in closing process needs equipment orderly transferred to receiving facility.
