2. Throughout the whole process of this
documentary I have discovered the difficulties on
how to make a documentary however have also
learned my strong points on making a
documentary.
3. While interviewing our interviewee we used the rule of three
making sure the interviewee’s eye line was three quarters down
the screen also placed either left or right of the screen facing the
opposite side and also placed her on a static chair at the same
eyeline as the interviewee.
4. We also added cutaways are items relevant to the topic matter
and used these so that there were no jump cut inbetween
interviews. Near the end of the interview the song chosen does
not last till the end as the interview is long this is also something
we have learned to improve for our main task. We also used a
mobile phone in the background to add to the mise en scene of
the interview.
5. We used Adobe Premier Pro to edit our documentary’s and we
will use that also with our main task. Furthermore this task has
made me able to understand the rigth and wrong ways of
filming a documentary and will allow me to make my main task
the best to my ability.
