2. Locations we want to film in…
Performance:
• Alex’s Studio.
Narrative:
• Street (The Avenue)
• Sunnymeads station.
• Datchet (The Royal Stag).
• Windsor Town…
- Carpark
- Alexandra Gardens
- Windsor High-street/Parish Church (St Alban’s St)
- Shakeaway (Alleyway)
- Tunnel under Arches
• Motorway (in car and on over-pass)

3. Alex’s studio…
Post-code:
• The Avenue, Wraysbury Tw19 5ha
Important Information:
• The location is based in Alex’s garden, its easily accessible and has no open/close restrictions.
Its privately owned, very local (obviously) and free to use.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth and Zirak will get the train from Windsor.
Obstacles when filming at this location (If any):
• The space is quite small and therefore would be difficult to fit all equipment, group members
and band members in there at once. Affects our filming by restricting our range of angles and
movements.
Health and safety issues:
• Very cramped and easy to trip over equipment – We’ll make sure the room is as tidy as it can be
and well lit.
• There is no central heating and it gets very cold at night – We’ll place portable heaters around
the room.

4. Street (The Avenue)…
Post-code:
• The Avenue, Wraysbury Tw19 5ha
Important Information:
• The location is based outside Alex’s house. It has no open/close restrictions and it’s a public street
that’s very local (obviously).
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth and Zirak will get the train from Windsor.
Obstacles when filming at this location (If any):
• It gets very dark at night and there isn’t many lamps that are strongly lit.
• It can get quite busy with the station being just up the road, which could interfere with the filming.
Health and safety issues:
• At risk of getting hit by cars – We’ll always check our surroundings before we film and make sure that
were clearly visible for the drivers.
• Equipment at risk of water damage – We’ll bring a rain-proof sheet to cover the camera and lights if it
rains.
• It may get very cold and wet – We’ll make sure we wrap up warm with coats and hoodies.

5. Sunnymeads Station…
Post-code:
• Wraysbury, Staines TW19 5HB
Important Information:
• It’s a public area that’s open 24/7 and is very well sheltered. The trains run every half an hour
and the last train to Windsor is at 11:15pm.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will walk and Zirak will get the train from Windsor.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• Can be quite busy during the day (especially on the weekends). Also carrying the equipment over
the bridge will be difficult and at risk of damage.
Health and safety issues:
• It gets very cold at night and very slippery on the floor – We’ll bring lots of coats and stay clear
of any icy surfaces.
• The tracks are very exposed and can be very easy to fall onto – We’ll stay clear from the edge of
the platform.

6. Datchet (The Royal Stag)…
Post-code:
• The Green, Datchet, Slough SL3
Important Information:
• Privately owned so need permission for filming. Also it closes at 11:00pm every night and gets
very busy (especially on weekends).
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the
train from Windsor.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• Public might interfere with the filming (drunk).
• Can get very cramped when busy (especially at night).
• At risk of catching other people in the shots (would need permission).
Health and safety issues:
• Glasses could smash – We’ll beware of our camera movement and our surroundings.
• Public could cause trouble (drunken fights) – We’ll stay clear of anyone looking tipsy or suspicious.
• There maybe spillages – We’ll make sure the camera is kept away from any drinks and also be
cautious of any slippery surfaces.

7. Windsor Town (car-park)…
Post-code:
• Windsor SL4 1QX
Important Information:
• It’s a public place that’s very exposed with no shelter. Also, its open 24/7.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the
bus from Englefield Green.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• Public might interfere with the filming.
• Can get packed during the day.
• Very minimal lighting at night (artificial).
Health and safety issues:
• Equipment at risk of water damage – We’ll bring a rain-proof sheet to cover the camera and
lights if need be.
• May get very cold and wet – We’ll wear a lot of layers and provide ourselves with rain-coats just
in case. We’ll also stay clear of any icy surfaces.
• At risk of getting in the way of cars – We’ll always beware of our surroundings before shooting.

8. Windsor Town (Alexandra Gardens)…

• Goswell Meadow, Barry Avenue, Windsor SL4 1QX
Important Information:
• It’s a public place that’s very exposed with no shelter.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the bus from
Englefield Green.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• Public might interfere with the filming.
• Can get quite busy during the day (tourists).
• Very minimal lighting at night (artificial).
Health and safety issues:
• Equipment at risk of water damage – We’ll bring a rain-proof sheet to cover the camera and lights if
need be.
• May get very cold and wet – We’ll wear a lot of layers and provide ourselves with rain-coats just in case.
We’ll also stay clear of any icy surfaces.
• At risk of getting in the way of cars – We’ll always beware of any surrounding traffic before shooting.

9. Windsor Town (behind Parish church)…

• St Alban's St, Windsor SL4
Important Information:
• It’s a public street that’s quite hidden and peaceful yet unsheltered. There’s very little traffic and
tourists during the day and its fairly well lit at night.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the bus
from Englefield Green.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• The lighting may not be strong enough still.
Health and safety issues:
• Equipment at risk of water damage – We’ll bring a rain-proof sheet to cover the camera and lights
if need be.
• May get very cold and wet – We’ll wear a lot of layers and provide ourselves with rain-coats just in
case. We’ll also stay clear of any icy surfaces (especially as the road is slightly sloped).

10. Windsor Town (alleyway by Shakeaway)…
Post-code:
• 12 Peascod St, Windsor SL4 1DU
Important Information:
• It’s a very public walk-way that’s well sheltered and open 24/7. Also there’s very limited light available at
night.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the bus from
Englefield Green.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• It gets very dark at night.
• The area is too tight to fit all members plus the equipment.
Health and safety issues:
• May get very cold and wet – We’ll wear a lot of layers and provide ourselves with rain-coats just in case. We’ll
also stay clear of any icy surfaces.
• Very suspicious groups of people can often hang around this area at night (especially on weekends) – We’ll be
very cautious of our surroundings and aim to film during the week.

11. Windsor Town (tunnel under arches)…
Post-code:
• Goswell Meadow, Barry Avenue, Windsor SL4 1QX
Important Information:
• It’s a very public walk-way that’s well sheltered and open 24/7. Also there’s a decent amount of light
available (artificial).
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive from Dedworth, Alex will get the train from Sunnymeads and Zirak will get the bus from
Englefield Green.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• Public might interfere with the filming.
Health and safety issues:
• May get very cold at night – We’ll wear a lot of layers throughout these shots.
• Very suspicious groups of people can often hang around this area at night (especially on weekends) – We’ll
be very cautious of our surroundings and aim to film during the week.
• Cyclists maybe passing and cause collisions – We’ll be cautious of our surroundings before and during our
shots.

12. M4 (in car and on overpass)…
Location:
• M4
Important Information:
• It gets very busy (especially at rush hour) and can be very dangerous at times. Also the space in the car can get very tight with
the addition of the camera and tripod. The area is very well lit.
How will everyone get there:
• Phil will drive Alex and Zirak there.
Obstacles when filming at this location:
• The weather at the time.
• Cyclists riding on the overpass.
• The amount of space and fuel in the car.
Health and safety issues:
• May get very cold and wet at night (on overpass) – We’ll wear a lot of layers and bring rain-coats.
• Cyclists maybe passing on the overpass and cause collisions – We’ll be cautious of our surroundings before and during our shots.
• Equipment at risk of water damage (on overpass) – We’ll bring a rain-proof sheet to cover the camera if need be.
• Slight risk of crashing the car (dangerous drivers) – We’ll drive at the speed limit given and be very cautious of our surroundings.
• Camera can block the drivers view – We’ll position the camera in way that does not affect the driver at all.
