Alex and Dan took location and practice shots to test filming locations and camera performance in low light for an upcoming film project. The shots establish the victim's house, show the killer spotted outside at night, depict the path the killer will take to the house, and feature the bedroom where the victim will be attacked. Alex promises more content as they begin storyboarding.

2. Hey Guys!
Yesterday me and Dan decided to take some
location and practise shots where we would film our
main task. We decided to shoot these at 8-ish to
test how the camera would cope with the dark
setting.
Hope you enjoy.

3. Where it begins
This is the house where
just about all of the
filming for the task will
happen in. This is where
the victim character
lives… and obviously dies.

4. The Killer Spotted
So this shot is basically where
the camera will move to the
victim’s window in the bedroom
where we see the figure of the
killer stood under the lamp-
post across the street, kind of
like ‘The Exorcist’. The camera
would then cut to the outside
as the killer advances towards
the house.

5. Danger Lurks
This is just basically as
establishing shot from the
perspective of where the
killer will originate from
and make his way towards
the house.

6. (Not so) Sweet Dreams
This is the bed where the
victim will be sat, most
likely, reading her book…
unaware of the danger
itching to happen.

7. So that’s basically everything we’ve got!
Now we are going to move on to
storyboarding and crazy stuff like that
so expect some more content soon.
