Sponsorships - Advertisement -
Stands
• With our experience and direct contacts
in ‘Premium - Congress and Social
Events Solutions’, we undertake, in
cooperation with the organiser, to set
up the price-list of sponsorships. Then,
we compile the sponsorship package,
including sponsorships, advertising,
exhibition stands, the letter of the
President and the participation form –
contract.
• We distribute the sponsorship package
to all potential sponsors through e-mail,
fax and postal mail.
• We mediate with the companies
mentioned above to determine the
type of their participation (sponsors -
advertising - report).
• Following arrangements with the
sponsors, we undertake to collect
promotional material, logos and
banners, and include them in the
material of the conference and the web.
• We are committed to providing the
best services for the convenience and
service of sponsors before, during and
after the conference.
• Once the conference is over, a letter of
thanks and the conference archives are
sent to all participants.
• We undertake collecting money
from sponsors, managing financial
administration and issuing the
corresponding invoices. After the
conference, we present the receipts to
the organising committee and transfer
the final amount.
