Purdue Senior Design Team – Technical lead August 2015 to December 2015
• First senior design team ever to handle a TOC project in FCA history, and inspired Fiat to implement similar projects in Italy
• Accomplished expertise in PowerPivot tables, an excel feature that allowed manipulation of about 10 million data points
• Improved the machining cycle time by removing unnecessary pauses related to tool change and faulty programming
• Eliminated 900 minutes of downtime per month by removing a faulty part detection switch
ECOCAR 2 – Interim Project Leader / Mechanical Team Member January 2013 to June 2014
• Designed a custom class II trailer hitch, using Siemens NX and FEA analysis, that was lighter than any available in market
• Designed and Fabricated a 5-bar to accommodate the position of Magna motor and meet crash safety requirement
• Fabricated a custom control arm made out of Aluminum which was lighter in weight and higher in FOS than the stock arm
• Mounted a 5lb. fire extinguisher inside the cabin, within the reach of the driver and every passenger in the car, without
compromising space for any of the occupants
• Designed and manufactured several parts for the rear end of the car, like the battery cooling system and magna controller stand
• Lead weekly meetings, made the agendas and assigned tasks to all sub-teams(Technical, Business and Communication)
• Represented the team during outreach programs in various High Schools and Middle schools to educate young students

• Corrected alignment problem in the custom designed rear subframe for the EcoCAR2 vehicle by redesigning the bracket for
the custom control arm
• Diagnosed problems in Magna motor related to knocking sounds that were unknown to the manufacturing company itself

• Acquired position of cabin noise isolation expert for Land Rover Range Rover Evoque
• Diagnosed several suspension issues, engine lock-ups and faulty brakes
• Received training in work flow of the company, post delivery services and other general aspects like Pre-Delivery Inspection
