• Purpose: Simulate the fiber/powder distribution in FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) or the mixture of powder
and polymer during the molding process to predict product warpage and strength.
o Calculation of fiber and powder volume fractions combined with iterative calculation of fluid
dynamics.
o Provide technical solutions to debug and validate end user issues.
Meshless, High Accuracy and Stability Differential Interpolation Function
• End Users: Internal R&D developers
• Purpose: Supply accurate, stable and mesh-free function to calculate gradient and interpolation values at
various positions.
o Provide solutions to high order basis functions using mesh-free methods as opposed to traditional
numerical methods.
Wire Sweep Module
• End Users: Intel, TEXAS INSTRUMENTS, SPIL, ASE, Micron, TSMC, SAMSUNG, Panasonic.
• Purpose: Molding process simulations and testing for wire sweep and short circuits.
o Calculation of drag force on wire elements and the exportation of data to ANSYS/ABAQUS batch
files for beam element non-linear stress analysis.
Fluid Structure Interaction Module
• End Users: LEGO, BOSCH, TEXAS INSTRUMENTS, SPIL, ASE, TSMC, SAMSUNG.
• Purpose: Simulate fluid dynamics and structure stress analysis during the molding process with fluid -
structure iterative calculations.
o Calculation of fluid pressure, shear force on structure and the exportation of data to
ANSYS/ABAQUS batch files for stress analysis and mesh morphing.
