Designed a Post-Event Outcome Survey and identified, analyzed and interpreted key trends of employee engagement
within DEP.
Created,managed and updated database and metrics regarding various ongoing engagement initiatives.
Analyzed and reported key employee engagement matrices to create Year-End Report,and other standard and ad-hoc
reports; and made presentations for senior management highlighting the performance of the engagement and
communications initiatives.
Coordinated staffing by crafting job description, managing job postings, pre-screening the resumes on paper and by
telephone interviews, scheduling interviews and conducting in-person interviews.
Researched best practices in other public settings on areas like new hire orientation and employer of choice.
Played a salient role in the strategic development and tactical implementation of various engagement initiatives
including, but not limited to 9 Brown Bag Events, 2 Peer Nominated Recognition Ceremonies, 4 Wellness Initiatives

Presented the results to Senior Management regarding the key drivers, and the relationship between various events and
the emotional outcome and employee engagement.
Influence ofstage and treatment on the psychological sequelae in cancer patients January-May 2012
Conducted a pre-test post study to examine the stage and treatment dependent psychological effects on cancer patients.
