I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Aishwarya Khanna,
whom I have known as her mentor and colleague at The Yellow Sparrow. Over
the two months that Aishwarya worked here, I watched her mature in her efforts
to upgrade her performance and maintain a clear sense of purpose.
Aishwarya had an edge over other writing interns as her style was extremely
creative and insightful. Her enthusiasm, complemented by her motivation and
inquisitiveness made her an ideal worker at the organization. She demonstrated
the ability to think out of the box and take up new projects to explore different
avenues of writing. During her internship, Aishwarya interviewed various film
and theatre actors and musicians at the Contemporary Arts Week 2014 in Delhi
– a task which required confidence and utmost commitment. She was also
assigned projects in event coverage and fashion advice which she performed
very well.
A keen learner, she was quick in grasping how an online magazine operates to
creatively reach out to its audience. Despite being engaged in multiple activities
at college, Aishwarya never failed to meet her targets and always submitted her
assignments on time.
Aishwarya is a bright person with an excellent attitude. Her great interpersonal
skills allowed her to maintain good relations with all her colleagues and interact
with all types of people. It is for these reasons that I offer high
recommendations for her without reservation.
