In prescribed form and adress to land
administrator with :-
a. prescribed fee
b. details of structure to be erected and plan
approved by planning authority.
e.g town + country planning
If structure to be erected on reserved land, consent
from officer concerned.
If SA is satisfied, application approves.

5. Issuance of Permits. – section 75C
Land Administrator shall issue on behalf of SA a
permit in F4D

permit shall be issued subject to :
- payment of annual fee (determine by SA)
- other terms that may be specified.

Permit shall not be assigned except with consent of
then State.

The SA may direct LA to ask deposit before
issuance of permit.

9. Section 75G - Power to cancel Permits.
(1) a permit may be cancelled immediately if there
is breach of rule, term or condition.

(2) A permit may be cancelled before expiry at SA
discretion even if there is no breach.
