8 Speakers moderators, 40 panelists , 500 accredited participants from
22 countries, of which 135 international together with national 365,
guarantee schemes and other related public and private Latin
American representatives. This year, in addition to three panels, we
have developed four working groups which has involved the
intervention of 4 moderators and a few panelists 25 from different
geographical areas.

purposes.
The proposed instruments are aimed at strengthen capital
and in the case of crowdfunding reduce dependence of a
principal shareholder.

 The fully integration of the guarantee system in the financial
system means a major paradigm shift: it is about taking the
employer to the credit, under the best conditions from the warranty
